Please note all specific prescription orders are only available for in-store purchases, as further requirements and assistance by our experts is needed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
What can I do if I have an issue with my frames?
For both in-store and online purchases:
If possible, please come by our showroom for any maintenance and repair: Our store teams will be able to assist you and find a solution.
In the case you are not able to make a visit, please contact us at contact@morphil.co and provide us with an explanation on your discomfort and a picture of your frame. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping / delivery address?
Please contact our carriers upon receiving an email from them with your shipment details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. You have 7 days from when you receive your order to either send it back or drop it off at one of our stores.
Items returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging to be accepted. If you wish to send your order back to us, please contact us at contact@morphil.co.
